Flat Rate of $15 inc GST for small goods, $55 standard charge for TV and Whitegoods
Shipping Policy* Our standard flat rate shipping/handling charge is $15.00 AUD for all smaller items contained on the streamaster shop. Plasma, LCD and LED screens are shipped via Allied courier and a standard $55 applies for most TVs and whitegoods, any variance to this will be noted on the item. Larger TVs that weigh over 50KG may incur extra as will regional areas, any extra charges will be discussed prior to any payment.
$10 includes courier delivery to most parts of Australia so please specify a address where someone can sign for the goods. If a home address is specified then unless otherwise noted that someone can sign we will ship via registered aust post which can take 3-5 working days.
Special notice for Plasma, LED and LCD Televisions:
Where possible we will ship from a local warehouse directly to your delivery location, where local metro delivery is possible a standard dead on arrival policy of 14 days applies ie the manufacturer will generally agree to swap out the TV at zero cost to the customer in the case of a fault within the first 14 days.
On orders that are not shipped locally and a full exchange is required by the customer then the freight back to base will be borne by the customer and Streamaster will bear the cost of return of the replacement to the customer. The customer is able to elect for a normal warranty service call in the above case if they so wish which will be at zero cost to the customer
After 14 days the NORMAL manufacturer warranty applies, In Metro areas the warranty is in the form of a manufacturer in house service call.
For regional areas please check with the manufacturer for your nearest service center and policy.
* Streamaster Australia ships most orders the same or next business day they are placed, however HDD installs or modifications may take up to 2 days.
* Domestic orders via Registered Mail can take anywhere from 1-3 days after they are shipped. Orders are generally received within 3-5 working days
Pick Up Policy
* We welcome people to come to our warehouse in Warriewood NSW and look at our range of products and accessories, or if you simply wish to try and of our media products before you buy.
* Shipping fees on returned products will not be refunded.
* We reserve the right to determine whether or not a product is defective.
* Any insurance claim for damage should be lodged with the carrier. All items that leave Streamaster Australia are in good order and undamaged. If you wish to insure your goods please make a note at checkout and we will will insure your goods in addition to sending registered mail at an additional charge.
Returns Policy
PROVIDED the goods are returned in EXACTLY the same condition as which they were sold (which means you have not destroyed the box or packaging) then items can be returned for a full refund within 14 days or purchase. Streamaster reserve the right to evaluate the condition of returned goods, if the goods are not able to be resold as new then a 10% restocking fee will apply. Note Shipping costs are not refunded.
* If you are having a problem with a Streamaster Australia product, we ask you first to contact us at mail@streamaster.com.au or call 02 9999 5431 and we will advise how best to proceed. Please do not send goods back to Streamaster Australia without first contacting us.

* We accept credit cards or Paypal (Paypal incurs extra 1.5%, no extra charge for Credit cards or direct debit) & Direct Deposit, All credit card transactions are done via a secured SSL server, we do not store credit card details on our servers.
